Mr. Cotton's...Parrot...
A funny story behind this one. I think I did this one just after I graduated high school, put it away, forgot about it. When Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest came out (that I went to see twice opening weekend, woot!) on dvd it wasn't until I noticed some of the ads had Mr. Cotton's parrot in them. I kept staring at that ad thinking 'Where have I seen that bird before?!' And no, not the first movie, well yeah but not what I meant. So I tore my room to pieces looking for that drawing and tadah! It's Mr. Cotton's Parrot!
The source picture came from a wildlife book from the library, but I still cannot get past the fact that I drew and colored Mr. Cotton's Parrot and didn't realize it all these years! *thwaks forehead*
