The Evil Toe-Sucking Monkey Gnome
You know when you do the laundry, 9 times out of 10 you wind up missing a sock that you KNOW you washed and put in the dryer, but it somehow disappeared? Well I've discovered it's this guys' fault. Him and his minions are sneaking into our dyers and are running off with the mate for our socks.
I don't know how I came up with the name for these little buggers. One day I was tearing my room up looking for the mate to one of my favorite pairs of socks. Eventually my tirade oozed into the rest of the house. Tore through the living room, Mama asks what's wrong. In a huff I replied, "Those damn Evil Toe-Sucking Monkey Gnomes took off with one of my socks!" Once we finally quit laughing at how ridiculous that sounded, I got out a pen and started to sketch up what one of these might look like. I think the one thing that might be disturbing about this is the "toe-sucking" part. Let me make it clear I don't think these things have a foot fetish other than wanting to have socks, but if you happen to find that missing sock and the toe's wet, well......now you know...........
