The Sea Guardian
Yes, this is the colored version of the Sea Guardian. Urchin. Whatever, they're one in the same. My original color palette was to have her hair as it is, with the armor golden, and the rest in shades of dark blues/greens. Then I saw how that looked on paper. So I kept the hair, cause it's just made of awesome, and opted to go with it as you see before you. Still don't know if I'll get around to seeing how this'll look colored in PSP8, but keep your eyes peeled, you just might see it.
